Features and improvements

Dashboard. No more limits for the number of overrides that you can apply! You can add as many conditions as you want to the Issue List and then select them on the Override tab of the dashboard settings when required. Awesome news, isn’t it?

Dashboard. We now make sure that the Reviews Required tab includes all work orders awaiting your review — even those in the “Completed / Pending Confirmation” status. Before, such WOs didn’t appear unless you had the Can Select checkbox enabled for a subscriber in the admin settings of Service Automation.

Bug fixes

Admin. For some providers, it was an issue to find a county while adding a new region or editing an existing one in the Trades & Regions section — the counties were sorted randomly. With this release, they all appear in alphabetical order.

Admin. We’ve worked some magic on the User Management page of Provider Automation. Now, when providers land on the list of users, they see that long usernames and emails are truncated but appear on hover, phone numbers are shown in the correct format, and user roles are separated with a space. Note that we’ve also changed Username to User ID — to keep it consistent throughout Provider Automation.

Dashboard. Despite the dashboard settings where you opted to hide the NTE and invoice amounts for work orders, you could still see them in the tooltip when hovering over the WO tracking number. Now, when you select the Mask Money checkbox on the Note tab of the dashboard settings, we keep the amounts secret.

Invoices. Should your providers enter a reason to dispute the invoice tax, the reason appears on the History tab of the disputed invoice as a comment. We didn’t show it before — either to you or to your providers. Apologies.

Invoices. While creating an invoice, you entered its number and pressed Enter on the keyboard, but the entered info didn’t appear in the Invoice Number field. The latter stayed empty, and you had to type out the number once again.

Invoices. You noticed that invoices were not generated by our auto-invoice process for some of your Planned Maintenance work orders. The reason was hidden deep in the admin settings — the number of characters in all the accounting contact emails added for a provider in Admin > Providers exceeded the allowed limit. The latter has been increased to get your invoices created as usual.

Work Orders. In the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation, the list of current auto-assignment rules for a tech included non-existent locations. Off with that! We no longer show ghost locations on the list.

Work Orders. Next time you filter work orders by location ID, the exactly matching ID will appear at the top of the list, and you can quickly spot it without scrolling down.

Work Orders. Providers had to wait before they could add a new auto-assignment rule or update an existing one for a technician. It took a while to load the list of locations and trades. A few tweaks on our side — and those lists load faster.
