Work Orders. As an internal tech, if you don’t see the Add Attachment button while creating a WO, that means your client disallows attaching files. Previously, this button was always present even though your client didn’t want that.

General. Experienced random crashes of the app? We did our best to halt them. Should new issues come, we’ll tackle them too — have our word.

Work Orders. For internal techs, we’ve removed the option to filter external WOs based on whether they are accepted or not. Since all WOs under the External tab are not accepted, you don’t actually need this filter.

Work Orders. On the WO details screen, we now display all parts added to the work order — even when some of them are identical. Previously, we hid duplicates from the Parts Used field.

Work Orders. When you create a linked WO, you are no longer distracted by the tab bar and its items — Home, Work Orders, and Time Tracking. We’ve removed the bar from the bottom of the screen.

Work Orders. When you create a work order, whether selecting an asset is mandatory or optional now truly depends on your client’s settings. Previously, we ignored some of the settings.
