General. Should you suddenly lose the Internet connection while working with the app, a corresponding message pops up to inform you.

General. If your account gets locked after 5 failed login attempts, you now receive an updated alert explaining what has happened and what to do next.

General. In cases when location services get turned off on your device or disabled for the SC Provider app, you now get the error message clearly stating the fact.

Work Orders. The work summary you added to a WO upon check-out didn’t appear in the WO notes. Now it does!

Work Orders. While you are checked into a WO, you cannot reassign it to another tech anymore. Remember to check out before reassigning.
