Work Orders. Some WOs had open activities, but you didn’t see them since the app cut the activities list after the first 50. Being unaware of that, you tried to check in — but in vain. From now on, you see all WO activities.

Work Orders. The WOs list didn't display work activities for completed service requests. It now does, no doubts.
