Features and improvements


General. After this release, ServiceChannel no longer provides support for devices running iOS 9.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. When techs select an inventory location from where they’ve taken refrigerant parts for a WO, they now see the list of either all inventory locations or those in their area only. This list of locations depends on the admin settings configured in Service Automation > Assets (Equipment) > Administration > Refrigeration Leak Rates > Inventory Location.


 

Bug fixes


General. Should you lose the Internet connection while working in the Time Tracking section, you now get an easy-to-understand error message explaining what’s wrong.

Work Orders. No more overlapping between activities that you add manually to a WO and those that you entered previously.
