Features and improvements



Time Tracking. Internal technicians can now add notes to any type of activity. Reach out to your ServiceChannel representative to learn more details and enable the feature.

Work Orders. Upon check-out, we no longer ask you to provide info about the parts used — unless you have the necessary feature turned on.

Work Orders. When you checked out, it was difficult to find the required part as we didn’t show the part names. Now we do.



 

Bug fixes



Refrigerant Tracking Manager. Even though you indicated that you hadn’t used any refrigerants for a work order, the WO showed another answer on the web.

Time Tracking. You could add activities for future dates, which contradicted the business logic. That’s why we’ve disabled this option on the Manage Time tab.

Work Orders. For external providers, we’ve tackled the problem with sorting work orders offline. The lack of Internet no longer stands in your way.

Work Orders. Should your search for a work order bring no results, you now receive a message clearly stating that fact.

Work Orders. The app threw an error when you tried to check out of a work order on a device different from the one you used to check in.
