Admin. In Provider Automation, you can add more information on each employee, including their ID, title, and team or crew. Within a user profile, navigate to the Employee Details tab, and enter the required data.

ALP. On the Actionable Landing Page, you can filter work orders, proposals, and invoices by up to 10 location note headers (LNHs) at a time.

Analytics. You can verify the accuracy of labor hours reported by your internal techs. Go to the FTM - Audit Trail tab to check when and where they’ve updated the previously reported hours.

Dashboard. Wanted to view all open work orders in one place? You can finally do that in Dashboard 2.0! Now when you land on the Open Work Orders tab, you can view all open service requests — no matter if they are scheduled for the past or for the future.

Dashboard. The Work Order History tab of Dashboard 2.0 now allows you to view work orders scheduled for future dates. Select the Include Future Work Orders checkbox, and future service requests will appear on the WOs list.

General. Starting with this release and over the next few months, we’ll be deprecating the classic pages for creating proposals, RFPs, and WOs as well as the old WOs list. This will improve our platform performance and enhance the pages design. Kindly contact your ServiceChannel representative for more details.

General. We’ve improved the security and performance of the ServiceChannel platform by migrating to Microsoft Azure cloud computing service. Thus, we now leverage technologies from the two leading providers — Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

Invoices. You can apply multiple criteria at once when filtering invoices, just as you do on the new work orders list. To try it out, click All Filters in the upper left part of the invoices list.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. To help you stay compliant with the 2019 updates to EPA 608 regulations, this module now automatically schedules leak inspections. Besides, we’ve added the ability to track refrigerants at the circuit level of assets. Watch for the new Circuits and Components tab in the refrigerated asset details.
