General. The WO dispatch emails now contain the link for downloading our new SC Provider mobile app. It replaces the older GPS Check-In app that is going to be sunset on July 24.

Invoices. The date picker on the invoices list was cut off when you expanded the calendar to select another month or year. Now when you filter invoices by date range, the date picker is displayed in full.

Proposals. On the redesigned proposals list, you couldn’t link an “Open” or “On Hold” proposal to a WO without changing the proposal status. Now select the current proposal status from the Actions dropdown to display the overlay for attaching WOs.

SC Provider. Sorry for the issues you sometimes faced with our app — when you tried to check in after scanning your badge, you got an error and couldn’t do your job.

Work Orders. Some work orders failed to be auto-assigned to internal technicians. As a result, techs received no service requests, including those that were urgent.
