Features and improvements

Core modules

Dashboard. The EquipmentEntry column in the MS Excel issue list template is now can be optional. There are three options for this column:

  • Optional: Assets are displayed on the asset list selection page, and it is optional to add them while creating a work order.
  • Required: Assets are displayed on the asset list selection page, and an asset should be added to create a work order.
  • When left blank, similar to the optional, you can add an asset or skip this step when creating a work order.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. To avoid confusion, we removed the ability to approve and/or issue parts purchasing transfers if the total amount exceeds the NTE limit.

Projects. On the project page under the Notes tab, we've added an ability to edit or delete created notes. To do that, click the three dots ⋮ icon in the note box.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Compliance Manager. Previously, when you created an invitation on the My Invitations page, the invitation content wasn't translated into the following languages you chose in the Language drop-down: Korean, Thai, Turkish, Portuguese, and Swedish. Now, the invitation is translated to any language you've selected in the Language drop-down.

Planned Maintenance Manager. After you opened a work order from the PM Services > Edit Frequencies > Locations page and tried to close it, you were redirected to the PM Frequency page instead of the Locations page.

Proposals. When a work order was reassigned to another provider and a new proposal was created for this work order, the Review Related Proposals overlay showed only proposals from the previous provider, and you couldn’t take any action on a new proposal. The problem is solved. All proposals related to the work order are displayed on the overlay.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. In the SC Provider app, FTM technicians assigned to trucks didn’t receive the cycle count for the Truck location on the Cycle Count tab of the Inventory > Manage Inventory screen. We’ve tackled the issue.

Projects. When searching for locations to add to a program, you might have noticed the unusual behavior of the Type to find dropdown while scrolling the page. Everything is now running smoothly again.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. On the asset details view page, the asset total charge was displayed wrongly on the close leak record if the measure amount was set in kg.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. You couldn't create a follow-up work order without closing the leak record, even though the Follow-Up Work Order option on the Admin - Refrigerant Tracking page was set to Open Leak. We've tackled the issue.

Supply Manager. When you tried to create a work order via the supply manager, you saw a warning message stating that to create a request, you need to add at least one attachment. We've fixed it.
