Core modules

Admin. Search locations by the Location Note Header option is now available when you edit a checklist on the Admin > Tools > Checklists page. 📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.

Dashboard. On the Work Order Summary page in Dashboard 2.0, you can now easily check when a note was sent via email to someone. Furthermore, if the Mask Email option is disabled in the dashboard settings, you can also see the email address where the note was sent.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. We've added the Created By column under the Purchasing tab on the Transactions page to see who created the requests.

Core modules

Dashboard. With the Disable Notes option enabled under the Notes tab in dashboard settings, the Notes section didn't vanish from the Work Order Summary page in Dashboard 2.0. We've fixed it.

Invoices. On the Charges tab of the invoice details view page, the date for the blocked work order check out was displayed as Jan 1, 1900 0:00 instead of N/A. We've done away with this issue. 

Proposals. To avoid confusion, when you reject a proposal in the Approved status, you'll see the following warning message: Please Note: Rejecting a Proposal does not revert the Work Order to its original NTE.

Proposals. You couldn't approve a proposal when the entered email address contained more than one domain extension, for example, email@company.co.uk. We've extended the domain length after the dot to 255 symbols.
