Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. You can now specify refrigerant on-hand quantities in decimals. Start updating a refrigerant part, and enter its quantity in the On Hand field using a dot as a separator. Please note that non-refrigerant part types support only whole numbers.

Core modules

SC Provider. The ServiceChannel Provider mobile app is temporarily unavailable in Google Play. The situation is under control, and we are taking all the reasonable steps to restore access as soon as possible. Feel free to contact SC Support for updates and to get the app installed. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Invoices. Comments on invoices weren't displayed in WO notes, which confused providers. ⁠ For example, they couldn’t understand the reason for rejection. We've set things right so that your providers can see your comments and take action if necessary.

Proposals. Filtering proposals resulted in an error message if there was a round bracket in the field for the following filters: Location ID, Location Name, and Providers. This symbol doesn’t jeopardize the proposal filtering any longer.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. Once you opened the location details page or the parts catalog and hovered over the stock location icon to the right of a part, you saw the preview text cropped and incomplete. Try it now — all stock location details (area, aisle, shelf, and bin) are visible in full.

Enhanced Inventory Manager. Previously, there was no way to mark an existing location as an inventory location in the Locations & Provider Assignments module. We've added this option! Please note that only the Location type will be available by default. Learn more about the inventory location types in ServiceChannel University.
