Features and improvements
Site Access. When your client requires you to scan your badge once you arrive on site, the app displays the corresponding notification message when you try to check in. From this notification, you can now tap the Display Badge button to open the badge right away and have it scanned by the location manager.
Work Orders. FTM internal technicians can now check into Completed / Pending Confirmation work orders and complete the work that hasn’t been done. Clocking into such a WO will move it back to the In Progress status.
Bug fixes
General. There was a problem with attachments that you linked to support tickets submitted through the app. Under the Review tab that displayed your support tickets, you couldn’t open and view the images in full; and, sometimes, the attachments were not displayed at all.
Site Access. Opening your badge to have it scanned by the location manager would throw an error message if you didn’t have a profile picture. The error made you think you couldn’t scan your badge. We’ve improved the error message to avoid misunderstandings. We recommend adding a picture to your profile, but you can still proceed to scan your badge even without a picture.
Work Orders. When some of you viewed a work order in the list view, there was a confusing Manual Entry note instead of the check-out status under the start and end time of a WO activity. We’ve fixed that: you see the check-out status under each WO activity.
