Site Access. While checking into a work order where badge scanning is required, you should show your badge to a client representative. To ease up finding your badge in the app, now the Badge Scan Required message contains a reminder of where to look for it.

Bug fixes

Work Orders. The app froze up when you tried to add an attachment to a work order. We’ve warmed up the engine to prevent the app from freezing.

Work Orders. The number of check-ins allowed per work order is not limited anymore. Technicians no longer get an error when they clock into a WO with over 50 check-in records. Perform as many check-ins as you need to get the job done!
