Checklists. We had an issue with saving your responses to some checklist questions. For questions of the acknowledgment type, where you were asked to select the radio button to give a positive answer and leave the radio button inactive to give a negative answer, your positive responses weren’t saved. When you viewed your checklist responses from the WO details screen, such questions appeared with incorrect answers. Your responses are saved and displayed properly now.

Inventory. When scanning the barcode of a part failed and no associated part was found, FTM internal techs had an option to search for the required part manually to associate it with a work order. In some cases, the manual search option didn’t work: the app stayed unresponsive when you tapped the Search By Text button. The button is up and running again.

Work Orders. A rare problem with incorrect scheduled dates on work orders has been addressed in this version. We apologize to those who faced it. The app doesn’t mislead you about scheduled dates anymore.

Work Orders. Evacuation plans showed up blank when you tapped More > Emergency on a work order. If your client has uploaded an emergency map for a location, you will be able to view it without issues now.
