Work Orders. Deciding to add a new resolution code to a work order by entering free text revealed a keyboard issue. When your device’s keyboard suggested upcoming words based on what you entered and you picked one of the options, the app didn’t update the entered word to the one you selected from your keyboard. The new app version has killed that issue.
