Site Access. When your client requires you to scan your badge once you arrive on site, the app displays the corresponding notification message when you try to check in. From this notification, you can now tap the Display Badge button to open the badge right away and have it scanned by the location manager.

Site Access. When you check into a work order being outside the GPS coordinates of the WO’s location, you can review your current position marked with a circle, and the store’s location marked with a pin on the map that appears.

Work Orders. FTM internal technicians can now check into Completed / Pending Confirmation work orders and complete the work that hasn’t been done. Clocking into such a WO will move it back to the In Progress status.

CIWO. We’ve fixed the issue that caused confusion about who created a work order via the Contractor-Initiated Work Order (CIWO) experience. When the technician who creates a WO is logged in with a PIN, the Caller field will display their PIN number once the WO is submitted; when the tech uses their user ID and password to log in and creates a WO, we show their user ID on the WO.
