Bug fixes


 

General. You landed on a blank screen when trying to access ServiceChannel University. Next time you tap Help > Get Help on ServiceChannel University, you’ll see a list of FAQs about the app.

Work Orders. For FTM internal techs, the purchase order (PO) number turned out to be editable for “Completed” work orders. Since it should stay unaltered for WOs in this status, editing the number isn’t possible anymore.

Work Orders. In case your device language was set to Japanese, the button for creating a work order in the app didn’t look right.

Work Orders. Those who logged in with a PIN faced a blank screen when searching for an asset to add to a WO. Should no search results be found, we now show the “Asset Not Found” message instead of the confusing white screen.

Work Orders. We keep on working on our error messages making them more helpful. So, if your client doesn’t allow you to check into work orders without a technician account and while you are logged in with your PIN, you now get a clear message when trying to clock in.
