Site Access. Even though you were required to log in to the app with your tech account to check in, the app didn’t notify you of that in some cases. It also didn’t prevent you from clocking in. Now, when you log into the app with the PIN, we will send you a note that you should log in with your tech account to proceed.

Inventory. The Parts Used screen for FTM internal techs was not displaying used and available parts for work orders. Also, there was an error when techs tried to add parts manually to the work order. We tackled the issue.

Locations. Occasionally, the number of locations displayed to you could be incorrect. Some of the locations you had access to didn’t show up in the app. We've taken care of the issue.
