Features and improvements
Core modules
Work Orders. Now you can not only filter work orders by existing labels but also search for WOs that don't have any labels. We’ve added the No Label filter option to the work order Label dropdown.
Work Orders. The original NTE amount of a work order can now be captured in WO notes. The first note that gets automatically added to a service request once it is dispatched to a provider will contain the original NTE amount, making it easier to keep track of all NTE changes on a work order. 📞 Contact your Customer Success Manager to start using the feature.
Add-on modules
Spaces for Dashboard. Those of you who configure floor plan settings in Service Automation will find it easier to view which of your locations have been already assigned to floor plans and which ones are not linked to any plan yet. On the Locations tab of the Manage Floor Plans page, we’ve grouped locations into two sections for smoother navigation: Linked Locations and Unlinked Locations. Learn more about floor plans in SCU, and contact your CSM if you’d like to create floor plans for your locations!
Bug fixes
Core modules
Compliance Manager. Attempts to access Message Templates in the Compliance Manager settings resulted in an error. Just a few tweaks on our side — and you can edit your message templates again.
Compliance Manager. No matter whether you picked all or just a few of your providers to be included in the MS Excel compliance report, the downloaded file contained information on all of your providers. Your choice is respected now: the report includes the providers you specify.
Compliance Manager. Sending a compliance reminder email ✉️ to a provider resulted in an error message if there was an apostrophe in the provider’s name. This symbol doesn’t jeopardize the dispatch of email alerts anymore.
Compliance Manager. When you tried to sort your active invitations in Contractors > Invitations, the order of providers on the list didn’t change. We’ve revived the sorting function.
Dashboard. There was a problem with links to the media that you added to the issue list — the corresponding media files didn’t appear on the page with Guided Troubleshooting questions when you were creating a dashboard service request. Links for troubleshooting are working correctly now.
Invoices. Providers found themselves unable to download an MS Excel report on invoices. We’ve caught and eliminated the culprit that caused the issue.
Invoices. You downloaded an invoice report but couldn’t find additional approval codes in it. The missing data is back in the report.
MLI. Employees who are part of the multi-level invoice approval couldn’t approve multiple invoices in bulk — the Approve button turned out to be disabled. Other actions could also be taken only on one invoice at a time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Now, you can approve invoices in bulk without any issues.
Work Orders. We’ve solved the issue that didn’t let you create a new label and associate it with an invoiced work order from the WO details page.
Work Orders. When you searched for a work order by purchase order number on the WOs list, the NTE amount displayed at the top of the list didn’t correspond to the NTE amount of the work order. No more NTE discrepancies!
