Work Orders. When you create a work order and answer interactive troubleshooting questions, the app will take into account the trade overrides — if any — configured in your dashboard issue list. Depending on the answer you give to a troubleshooting question, the appropriate trade will be assigned to your service request.

Alerts. Picking locations for which you want to set up check-in/out alerts is easier now since all locations on the list are sorted in ascending order. No more random sorting!

Site Planning. Site audit items that you rated as “N/A” in the mobile app appeared as “Fail” in Service Automation. We now make sure audit items in your site planning reports have the rates you actually assigned to them during the audit.
