General. When users with universal accounts tried to log in, the app didn’t let them in, throwing an error message. If you were among those who got hit by this, accept our apologies. The login problem for universal accounts has been squashed.

Work Orders. For Guided Troubleshooting questions you were to answer upon creating a service request, the app didn’t take into account the Min and Max limits configured for these questions in your dashboard issue list. The limits are respected now, and the app lets you know whenever your response to a troubleshooting question doesn’t fall within the limit.
