General. The date picker in the app didn’t look right. You may have noticed this problem when trying to update the scheduled date of a work order from the WO details screen.

Site Planning. Items that you deleted from a checklist because they were not present at a location would appear as Fail in the site planning report in Service Automation. If some of the items are not available at the location and you delete them from a checklist, such items will now be marked as N/A in audit reports.

Work Orders. When you tried to update an asset on a work order, the button allowing you to find the required asset faster by scanning its tag wasn’t present on the assets list screen. We’ve added it back! Learn more about asset scanning in SCU.

Work Orders. Wrong troubleshooting questions appeared in SC Mobile when you created a service request. The app now shows you the questions based on the dashboard you select on the Create WO screen.
