General. No more troubles with providers’ phone numbers! Earlier, if a provider had a phone number with an extension, the extension was added to the actual phone number in the app, making it invalid for calls. Now the phone number and the extension are separated with a comma, which allows you to launch a call without issues.

General. Those of you who use the app in Simplified Chinese will find an improved translation of certain information. Here is a list of phrases with updated translations: trade, tracking #, scheduled date, provider, note, attachments, and reassign.

Site Access. After you successfully scanned a technician’s badge, the Checked-In tab of the Site Access module was supposed to show the work order and the tech associated with the scanned badge. But it didn’t display this data right away. You had to refresh the screen multiple times to make it appear. You don’t have to do that anymore: the tab shows the updated information in a couple of secs!
