Alerts. Push notifications and email alerts on providers’ check-ins were sent even though you hand turned them off. We've done away with this annoying issue.

Alerts. When you updated the app, you could see that configured alert settings disappeared, and all alerts were  set to off. A tricky bug was finally squished, and this now works fine.

Assets. The asset installation date was displayed incorrectly in the Scan Asset module. You see valid installation dates now.

General. Recently, when you logged in with a Mobile Access Code, you were automatically logged out too early and had to generate a new code via dashboard. We've taken care of that. Set the logout inactivity time for SC Mobile users in the Admin module of Service Automation, and work as long as you need.

Work Orders. After having been changed in SC Mobile, the work order category remained intact in Service Automation. As of now, the required change flows to Service Automation without hiccups.

Work Orders. When you tried to filter work orders by several trades plus any additional filter, the error message about a long URL request appeared. The issue is fixed, and you can use as many filters as you need.
