Projects under Service Automation Administration is for users that are going to be using the Projects Module to manage their location's project. Admin users have the ability to control project approvers, project rules, types & categories, and general configurations. Having Permissions for Projects Module gives you full access while approvers and rules dictates how much control you within the module.
Project and Financial Manager in Service Automation
To obtain access to Projects Module, Users need at least Project Manager or Financial Manager to be added to their secondary role under Permissions in Service Automation Admin. Having Financial Manager access gives users the ability to pre-approve the Budget for a single project. Adding the role would be under Admin-Permissions. Once permission is granted, a user can add, control, manage, and remove projects in Projects Module.
