Using Location Distance Map on ServiceChannel Provider Mobile

ServiceChannel has leveraged the geolocation mapping feature that is available for smartphones. With location services turned on, FTM technicians can tell how far they are away from a work order location by viewing the primary work order page. additionally, by tapping on the distance indicator, users will be taken to a map view of the location.

⦿ How to Determine how far away you are from a Work Order Location
  1. Navigate to the work order's primary screen
  2. The distance from the work order location is listed in miles.

    Note: Your devices Location Services must be enabled in order for this feature to work.

  1. Tap on the Distance Indicator
