Profile Overview: Completing Outstanding Tasks

The panel on the right side of the Homepage shows an overview of your profile to improve your compliance and visibility for your clients on the Provider Search. From here, you can do the following:

Click the arrow   on the needed section to navigate to the corresponding page — without searching for it throughout Provider Automation.


Tip

Should you have issues generating an invoice, first check youraccount status to ensure it is not Restricted. See ServiceChannel Usage Fees for more information

Profile Status

Providers in the USA can see their Service Provider Directory listing status at the top of the profile overview panel.

note

If your account status is Restricted, you get automatically unlisted from ServiceChannel’s Marketplace Search.

  • Listed: When your business profile is listed for ServiceChannel’s Marketplace, clients searching for providers can contact you about new business opportunities.

    Note

    Update your business profile and service coverage with the latest information to increase your opportunity for business growth.


  • Unlisted: When your business profile is unlisted, clients searching for providers cannot contact you. To become listed, opt in to the Business Profile and confirm that your account is in good standing.


Note

If your account status is Restricted, you get automatically unlisted from ServiceChannel’s Marketplace Search.

Account Status

Your account status defines your access to Provider Automation, ServiceChannel Provider Mobile, and other features.

titleExpand this section to view the Account statuses.

  • Active. You have full access to the ServiceChannel provider platform. You can receive and invoice  work orders.
  • Grace. You have a temporary grace period to update the payment method for your account . During this grace period, you have full access to the  ServiceChannel provider platform. You can receive and invoice work orders.
  • Restricted. Your access to the ServiceChannel provider platform is limited. You can receive work orders, but you cannot invoice them unless you update your payment method, and your account becomes Active.
Note

When your status is Grace or Restricted, click on it to add an acceptable payment method. As soon as you do this, your account becomes Active.

Profile Completion

The progress bar on the Profile Completion section shows the overall percentage of your Directory Profile (non-US providers) or Business Profile (US providers) completion.

Click the arrow   to navigate to the Profile Overview, where you can:

  • View requirements from clients.
  • See how many trades your company has registered with.
  • View your profile strength, business, and financial information.

The New Invitation panel shows invitations from new clients to join their network of providers.

In the Current Compliance section, you can see the clients whose requirements you need to complete to become fully compliant.

Clicking the arrow   takes you to the Clients page, where you can manage client-specific requests and add missing information.

Clicking a client’s name navigates you to the specific client’s requirements page to complete the missing information for this client.
