Your client(s) may have other features turned on that may impact your workflow or onsite experience. These are some of the features you may see, as well as how to use them:

  • COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement: When checking into a work order, you may see COVID-19 safety tips, based on CDC and WHO guidance.
  • Checklists: When checking in and out of work orders, your clients may have configured a Checklist of items for you.
  • Manually attaching Assets to a work order: Your client may have granted you permissions to add an asset to a work order when it is not listed on the work order.
  • Scanning and validating Assets: Your client may have granted you permissions to scan assets that have bar codes or NFC tags, and also to validate those assets.
  • Creating Work Orders Site Access: Your client may have granted you permission to create a work order when you arrive onsite, based on your service level agreements.
  • Site Access: Your client may require you to show a digital badge to an employee onsite before checking into a work order.
  • Emergency Evacuation Maps: Your client may have uploaded an emergency map so that, in case of an emergency, you know how to get to the closest exit.
