Service Automation Dashboard 2.0 is used to generate and track work orders, provide feedback on services, and view and approve invoices.
Should you be using Dashboard 1.0 and like to upgrade to Dashboard 2.0, contact your SC Account Manager.
Login to your Service Automation account using your username and password, and choose a desired location.
For users requiring dashboard access, they should be assigned a dashboard in Service Automation > Admin > Users > Dashboard.
Please contact your internal ServiceChannel Admin to assign a dashboard for you.
