Refrigeration Tracking Manager (RTM) requires that users set the stage for their company to manage, track and report on their refrigerated assets. The preparation for companies includes:
a conversation with your ServiceChannel Representative to have RTM turned on for your company, including the various Feature Flags that add additional options and customization;
designation of Refrigeration Administrators;
designation of Refrigeration Technicians, either Internal (company employees) or External Technicians (provider employees);
set up of Inventory location, that house refrigerant gasses;
loading of refrigerated assets into Asset Manager;
setting Leak Rate Thresholds & Calculation Methods; and
setting up Refrigerated assets in the Issue List including troubleshooting messages.
