Once Asset Meter Reading has been enabled and set up meter reading data can be added.
Asset Meter data can be entered either via the dashboard or in the asset module. Dashboard only users can enter asset meter data by clicking on the asset’s Tag ID. All other authorized users can enter an asset’s meter data by clicking on the asset’s Tag ID in either the Asset Module or on a work order.
In your dashboard, locate the Planned Maintenance work order or the work order that contains the asset whose meter data needs to be entered.
Click the Details button.
On the work order details page that opens, click the asset tag to access the meter modal.
Enter the asset’s meter data. If the asset has more than one meter, click the Next button to move to the next meter.
There are no images attached to this page. Click Save to complete the process.
- Locate the desired asset then click the asset’s Tag ID.
- Select the Asset Readings tab, then click the Add Reading button.
- Enter the asset’s meter data, then click the Save button to complete the process.
