Features and improvements

Proposals. Would like to use your own list of reason codes when rejecting a proposal? Let your ServiceChannel representative know what reason codes you need, and we'll create them for you.

Work Orders. New updates to the WOs list! The location info is easier to view since it's of a larger font size and more intense color now. Also, your client or provider name is right above the NTE amount, which makes it easier for you to spot them.

Work Orders. Sometimes providers were able to create a note and update a WO even after this WO had already been reassigned to another vendor. That no longer happens!

Work Orders. We appreciate all the feedback you’ve left on our new WOs list! With this release, the link for leaving feedback is no longer available in Provider Automation.

Work Orders. When a WO has several linked proposals, the new WOs list now shows the most recent proposal except the one in the "Rejected" status. In case a WO has only rejected proposals, you see the latest one.

Bug fixes

Admin. In Provider Automation, trying to access the Verification for Payment section under Financial Information caused an error. The issue affected those whose business owners info was verified, while the bank account details were not.

Admin. In Provider Automation, you saw no info about pending invoices and no invoice history when you went to the Invoice Details page under My Account.

Admin. You couldn’t update any payment method in Provider Automation. After you accessed My Account and landed on the page for managing payment methods, an error message popped up.

General. Several accounts got disabled as a result of recent performance issues. These accounts are active again.

SC Mobile. The provider name was missing from push notifications. They popped up when technicians needed to scan their badges to check in.

Work Orders. Attached photos that contained an exclamation mark in their names didn’t open. The mark isn’t a problem anymore!

Work Orders. On the new WOs list, when you applied a saved filter with the option to exclude internal or external providers, the filter retrieved incorrect WOs.

Work Orders. Sometimes a provider kept on receiving notification emails about WOs that had already been declined by email and reassigned to another provider. Sorry for disturbing you.

Work Orders. Sometimes you couldn’t delete a saved filter — a long filter name caused an error.
