Core modules

Dashboard. Star reviews left on work orders can be updated now! We’ve added the Update Reviews checkbox on the Feedback tab in the dashboard settings. If this checkbox is selected, you'll have the ability to update already submitted star reviews on the Reviews Required page.

Work Orders. Previously, if providers wanted to update the schedule date on a repair work order, the Reschedule Reason dropdown displayed the Vendor Requested option by default. Now, providers are expected to select the appropriate reschedule reason themselves.

Add-on modules

No features and improvements for add-on modules.

Core modules

Asset Manager. Occasionally, after you tried to import assets via the template, the message about an unknown error appeared. This was due to asset type default values that were not entered in the template. We've fixed the issue. The error does not pop up anymore.

Planned Maintenance Manager. When you clicked the Assets button on a PM work order associated with multiple assets, you couldn't see assets’ details. The page got stuck on loading. We've tackled the issue.
