Enhanced Inventory Manager. Restocking transfers were created irrespective of existing transfers that were in progress. We’ve reworked the logic. Restocking transfers will be created only when the part’s on-hand quantity + requested quantity (in any existing transfer) is less than the minimum quantity defined for this part on the Locations tab. Whenever the part’s on-hand quantity + requested quantity is greater than the minimum quantity, restocking transfers are skipped.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. Those who add a refrigerant usage record to an asset from the Asset History tab of the asset details page will be prompted to select the certified technician who added the refrigerant ensuring only properly licensed technicians are adding refrigerant to your assets. This update comes into effect for those who already use our refrigerant certification feature. 📞 Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Admin. When you tried to delete priorities in Admin > WO Properties, the system error message appeared. Now, the error message appears if there are work orders with the priority that you try to delete. If there are no work orders with a specific priority, this priority can be deleted.

Asset Manager. The Export Assets button exported an Excel report on assets of all the types instead of the specified assets. The glitch took place in case you first filtered your assets by asset repair status. Now, when you export the assets list, it only exports the assets you choose.

Proposals. The proposal total amount was different when providers filled out the form for creating a proposal and when they or you viewed it after creation. We've updated the rounding of the numbers to fix the issue.

Work Orders. After providers added another part to a work order, the WO details page didn’t reflect this change right away. The estimated total amount for all the parts used didn't change on the Invoice & Material/Parts tab. With this release, the total amount is recalculated without page refreshing.

Work Orders. In the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation, the provider could see work orders that were assigned to their sub-contractors by another provider. Work orders assigned to the sub-contractor by another provider are no longer visible.

Work Orders. On the work orders list, filtering work orders by date range didn’t work because the date picker was not saving the date range you specified. The issue affected those who used the platform in Japanese.
