Go to Info for the US Providers

The Administration module allows you to manage users — including technicians and office personnel — to invite them to use Provider Automation and the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app. You can also manage your Fixxbook profile, client requirements, and dispatch preferences through this pathway.

In this module you can:

  • update your Directory Profile,
  • manage users and technicians, and 
  • view locations to which your clients have linked you as a Provider.
