ServiceChannel has leveraged the geolocation mapping feature that is available for smartphones. With location services turned on, FTM technicians can tell how far they are away from a work order location by viewing the primary work order page. additionally, by tapping on the distance indicator, users will be taken to a map view of the location.

- Navigate to the work order's primary screen
The distance from the work order location is listed in miles.
Note: Your devices Location Services must be enabled in order for this feature to work.
⦿ How to View the Area Map for a Work Order Location
- Tap on the Distance Indicator
- Tap the back arrow to return to the work order screen
