The Sub-Contractors tab in Work Order Assignments is beneficial to those who need to manage outsourced work. Here, you can manage work orders from Service Automation that you assign to those with whom you do business. Similar to your technicians, after an invitation you send to sub-contractors is accepted, you can assign the appropriate work orders.
Here you can:
- invite sub-contractors to work with you;
- assign work orders to sub-contractors; and
- view a list of work orders assigned to each sub-contractor.
