Work Order Assignment

Work Order Assignment allows you to manage the work orders assigned to technicians and subcontractors. The assigned technicians appear on work orders, so both you and your clients know who will arrive onsite to do the work.  

On the Work Order Assignment page, you can: 

• Assign work orders manually. 
• Forward work orders to other technicians in your company or your subcontractors. 
• Set after-hour rules for optimized work order assignment and dispatch flow. 
• Configure auto-assign rules to automate the work order assignment process. 
• Turn on work orders auto-assign based on technicians’ shifts.
