Inviting Sub-Contractors via Work Order Assignments

The Sub-Contractors tab in Work Order Assignment is beneficial to those who need to manage outsourced work. Here, you can manage work orders dispatched to you by your clients via Service Automation. You assign work orders to those sub-contractors you do business with. Similar to your technicians, after the invitation you send to sub-contractors is accepted, you can assign work orders to them.

Here you can:

• Invite sub-contractors to work with you.
• Assign work orders to sub-contractors.
• View the list of work orders assigned to each sub-contractor.
• Send email notifications to your sub-contractors.
