There may be times when one work order is not sufficient to address an issue at a location. In cases like this, additional work orders will have to are created to completely address the issue. To make the The Linked Work Orders feature makes the creation, managing, and review of multiple work orders easier, the Linked Work Order feature was added. Users, with the feature enabled, can link work orders making it easier to find all work orders that are linked. With the Link_Work_Order feature enabled, users can link either Classic Service Request or Dashboard Service Request.

There are two options for linking work orders, linking work orders after they have been created or linking subsequent work orders during creation.  Either way, viewing linked work orders that are linked is achieved by clicking the link icon on a work order that is linked to at least one work order.
