You can view and accept a proposal from the work order list view without having to do so from the proposal list view. This supports the ability to review and approve proposals at a quicker rate. Configuring multi-level proposals is not required in order for the correct users to approve proposals from the list view. When approving a proposal at your level, it is either the final approver or gets elevated to the next level. If you are not the final approver, after reviewing and approving a proposal, it will indicate the proposal was approved but reviewed. Once a proposal has gone through MLP for final approval, it is indicated on the work order in the list view. When you approve a proposal at your level, the button becomes disable. A level cannot approve a proposal unless the previous level has approved the proposal.
