Features and improvements
Work Orders. No duplicate service request numbers anymore! For work orders that have the same WO, purchase order, and tracking numbers, we show only the latter — both on the new WOs list and the WO details page.
Work Orders. Want to view more work orders on the new WOs list? Now you can select to show 200 WOs per page. Get hold of your ServiceChannel representative to enable this feature for you.
Bug fixes
SC Mobile. You received push notifications asking you to scan a tech’s badge even when scanning wasn’t required based on your settings. We don’t send that kind of notifications anymore — unless you want us to.
Work Orders. A few of you couldn’t edit a work order although you were allowed to do so. We did our best to make it happen no longer.
Work Orders. You no longer get an error message when downloading the “All Calls (Long Format)” report — we’ve fixed it all.
