Features and improvements
Core modules
Location & Provider Assignments. We've made the top menu tabs always visible on the locations details page. Now, you can easily switch between tabs while scrolling the page.
MLI. To avoid confusion, now the Reviewed status can be selected on an invoice after the Approve action only.
Add-on modules
Supply Manager. From now on, the work order number on the supply manager confirmation page becomes a link redirecting you to the work order details page.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Dashboard. In Dashboard 2.0, when you switched between dashboard tabs, the number of work orders under the View All Work Orders tab was wrong. Now, the number of work orders is displayed correctly under each tab.
Invoices. Sometimes, when you filter invoices by Past 3 Months or Past Year option, a system error message appeared and invoices were not displayed. Now all past invoices are visible.
MLP. The number of proposals on the proposal list view page was displayed incorrectly with the user filter applied. We've fixed it.
Planned Maintenance Manager. Occasionally, you couldn't upload the MS Excel assigned locations template on the PM Service > PM Frequency > Locations page. A system error message appeared instead. This happened due to the character limit in the Add All Asset of Asset Type(s) column in the template. We've increased the characters limit to address the problem.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. Due to an internal issue, the data on the ServiceNow side didn’t always sync properly with ServiceChannel. We've improved the performance to address the problem.
