Features and improvements




Core modules

Dashboard. We've reordered columns under the Fields tab in the standard issue list MS Excel template in order to simplify its usage.

Proposals. On the proposal creation page in the Choose Asset section, you can now search for a brand by entering the name in the Brand dropdown rather than scrolling to find the desired option.

Work Orders. The Assigned to Technician(s) and Accepted by Technician(s) have been added for FTM internal providers to the long and short formats of downloaded MS Excel work order reports on the work order list view page. Also, FTM providers can see assigned technicians on the work order details view page. 📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. During cycle count setting up, you can select parts by searching for a part number in the Select Parts dropdown. Also, all selected options will be displayed under the Selected Locations and Selected Parts dropdowns for clarity.

Site Access. In Admin > Site Access Rules, upon adding any exception, you can now search for a location, provider, and trade by entering names in appropriate dropdowns instead of scrolling.


Bug fixes




Core modules

Work Orders. If you had limited district access in the Location/District/Region Access section of a user profile, all locations remained visible on the work order list view page despite the settings. We've fixed it, so now you can see locations based on the selected districts.
