Features and improvements
Core modules
Invoices. Additional approval codes were not fully displayed after you selected them from the drop-down list upon editing approval codes on an invoice. We've made some improvements so you can hover over the selected additional approval code to see it completely.
Work Orders. There was a discrepancy between the work date on a work order and in the work order MS Excel regular report. This happened due to the potential difference between the work date and the completion date on a work order. To avoid such discrepancies, we've added the Completed Date column to the work order MS Excel regular report to display the date when a work order was moved to the Completed status; the Work Date column displays the date of the last check-out activity.

Bug fixes
Core modules
Work Orders. Providers could select unavailable for them statuses if a work order was in the Completed status. We've fixed the issue so a provider will no longer be able to move completed work orders to the statuses that are not activated for them.
Work Orders. Previously, when you moved a work order without labor records into the Completed status, you had to let the system auto-fill a labor record to proceed. Now you can update a work order status to Completed without having any labor records.
Work Orders. Upon editing a work order and adding more than one email in the Resend Email field in the work order edit pop-up window, you could see the following error message: Email is not correct. Next time more than one email can be added without error messages.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. After you created a work order in ServiceNow, you could see that the Asset Type was missing in the work order description. Now, the work order description displays all necessary details.
