Provider Search. We've added new sorting and filtering options to the Provider Search page. We know you want more details. Here they are:

  • Under the sort functionality: Speed Score, Quality Score, Industry Match, and Trade Focused.
  • Under the filter functionality: Diverse Business, Self-Performer, and Coverage Scale.

Core modules

Planned Maintenance Manager. Due to the PM settings issue, if you selected the Auto Dispatch checkbox in the PM service settings, providers didn't get PM notifications about a new PM work order via the email. Now PM notifications work without a hitch.
