General. Those of you who use the app in Traditional Chinese will find an improved translation of certain information.

General. When our Dutch customers used the SC Provider app, they might have noticed that some information was not translated. We’ve updated the text to make it clear for Dutch speakers.

Inventory. On devices set to German and that were less than 5.4-inch, when an FTM internal technician tried to update the part on-hand quantity and select an adjust audit reason on the Adjust Audit screen, the checkmark wasn’t displayed, so their selection was not visible. We've taken care of that.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. Just to avoid confusion, we no longer display non-refrigeration assets when an FTM internal technician wants to add an asset on a PM work order with used refrigerant parts. Now, the app shows refrigeration assets only.

Work Orders. After an FTM internal technician checked into a work order where the location wasn't in the EST time zone, a work order time counter displayed the logged time incorrectly. A tricky bug was finally squished.

Work Orders. When a work order was created with an asset in the SC Provider app by an FTM internal technician, the area listed in the asset details was not displayed in the WO problem description in Service Automation. We’ve tackled the issue.
