CIWO. When technicians created work orders via the Contractor-Initiated Work Orders (CIWO) being away from the location, GPS coordinates in work order notes in Service Automation didn’t match GPS coordinates in SC Provider app. We’ve tackled the issue.
General. Those of you who use the app in Japanese will find an improved translation of certain information.
