Features and improvements




General. Starting August 31, we will no longer support the ServiceChannel Provider app for Apple devices using iOS versions 13 or older. The app will continue to work for those devices running older operating systems, but you will not be able to update them with bug fixes, security updates, or new features. Make sure your device is up to date!

 

Bug fixes




General. Those of you who use the app in Dutch will find an improved translation of certain information.

Site Access. While checking into a work order where badge scanning was required, you got two push notifications about required badge scanning instead of one. The issue is fixed.
