Features and improvements
Work Orders. For FTM internal technicians, the + Add New Work Activity button is no longer displayed for work orders in the Open and Completed/Pending Confirmation statuses since it's not needed for such WOs.
Work Orders. When a technician tried to change an asset's repair status on a work order without proper permission, they received the misleading message: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” We've made the message clear and to the point. Now it says: “You are not authorized to create assets for this subscriber. Please contact the system administrator.”
Bug fixes
General. In the Japanese version, there were some untranslated words and phrases. We’ve updated the text to make it clear for Japanese speakers.
General. The app crashed and didn’t let you log in if Google Play services was turned off on your device. That issue doesn’t derail your work anymore.
General. When you downloaded the ServiceChannel Provider app for the first time and your device's regional settings were set to China and the language was set to Chinese, the pop-up window with the SC privacy policy wasn't displayed over the login screen. The issue is fixed.
Work Orders. Occasionally, work orders created by FTM users were with the recall flag even if no recall was chosen. The issue is fixed.
